Rafmer
My co-founder and I started Rafmer AS in March 2024 as a consulting firm in the content automation space. The company later evolved into a B2B AI infrastructure company, before settling where it is today as a B2C Local Agent Company.
I initially started off as CTO and Chair, mostly dealing with tech and product development and took over as CEO in June 2025 when I started working on the company full time. Today the company is agent mature and very automated, enough for me to be more hands off.
My technical responsibilities have primarily been architecture and product direction. See Rafmer LLM Infrastructure and Dev Agent for specific technical projects relating to Rafmer, also see Agent Platform for where we’re going next.
In terms of leadership my responsibilities as CEO has been ops, pursuing B2B leads (when that was relevant), business development, handling financial matters (accounting, financing, etc) and ensuring we were compliant. A key result of this period was receiving the Innovation Norway Grant 1, you can read more about that here.
Working on Rafmer has had a very steep learning curve, been incredibly varied and provided fun (mostly type 1 and type 2, sometimes 3) and fulfilling technical challenges. The LLM, hardware and Agent space moves at a breakneck pace and adapting to both business and technical demands has been a worthy gauntlet.
More extensive milestones from the period can be found in my CV.
